When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;

I realize that Josh Groban isn't the putz I once thought he was. I once loved his duet with Charlotte Church and thus had his CD on my ipod. I soon came to hate him when everyone I traveled with in Greece began to love him and listen only to him.... on MY IPOD!

Do you know how long it took me to get "You Raise Me Up" off of my top played list? Months of dedication to the song right below: Swing Life Away, Rise Against. What if someone important was to see that? What if I met George Clooney and all was going GREAT, we're in his car listening to my Ipod and George comes upon that? What would George think? (By-the-by this should be our new motto in life: What would George think- it will get us far) George would not make me his next famous girlfriend that's for sure.

So my Ipod was tainted and I hated Josh for it. Then all of a sudden Sarah Silverman made the funniest short ever in regards to her infidelity in her long-term relationship with Jimmy Kimmel. And my most hated Josh made an appearance when Jimmy Kimmel issued a response to her infidility with his own star-studded admission. While she was off with Matt Damon- Jimmy was off with Ben Affleck. Enjoy Josh at minute 4:45 (and yes that is Brad Pitt as the FedEx man earlier).

So I found him redeeming since he apparently had a sense of humor and was in something that might scandalize the people from Greece who made him defile my playlist. Up 3 notches.

But then tonight, something else happened. He sang at the Emmy's. Wasn't thrilled with the promo's "stay tuned for Josh Groban" as they translated into a yawn. However he showed up with his A game and sang a medley of TV show theme songs. Apparently he is a voice chameleon and does a better Cartman than Cartman does (1:40 ish point). And for the first time ever- I think I enjoyed the theme song to Cops.

Up 5 points.
Beware Josh- one more time on Oprah and I'm knocking you back down at least 7 points.
